MEET AVI
Marketing & Operations Manager

Avi Gingold is a well-known business connector, community builder, and serial entrepreneur. Avi is the president and founder of Strategic Connections BNI chapter in San Jose CA and serves on the boards of directors of the Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce and the Gavilan Employment Advisory Council.

With 25+ years of Hightech sales, marketing, and business development, Avi’s skills and connections help Sela Homes Group grow to the next level.

MEET MARIA
Sales Associate / REALTOR

Maria Guasch is a seasoned real estate professional and longtime resident of Cupertino, California. With every client, Maria Guasch puts her insider knowledge of Silicon Valley and the Bay Area to work for her clients. As a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor, she has expertise in market analysis, educating buyers and sellers about home values, and helping them understand the pricing process.

When she’s not helping clients find their perfect home, Maria passionately dedicates herself to animal advocacy. This is her commitment and purpose. In fact, for every client she serves, a portion of her fees goes directly to supplying local shelters with beds, toys, and food for the animals in their care. To date, she has helped over 3,000 pups have a better quality of life.

MEET DELANEY
Administrative Assistant Intern

Delaney Browning was born and raised in Livermore CA and loves to immerse herself in the communities she lives in. With a background in nannying, event planning and customer service, Delaney’s point of view is a unique addition to the Sela Homes Team. Delaney will be supporting our clients with their transactions, managing our technology systems, and creating a platform for our online marketing.
